Well this is an easy item that can really help your skin to glow and look healthier. Yes it is yogurt! This is an excellent source of protein, calcium and potassium and many more different vitamins and mineral that can help your skin both inside and out. Here’s the ingredients and method you can do:
• Lemon or orange juice
1. Take yogurt (sour) about half a cup and mix to it add 2 drops of lemon juice or orange juice to it.
2. Apply on face for about 15 minutes.
3. Wash off with warm water and then splash some cold water immediately to tighten pores.
Banana Face masks
Banana can be used as a great natural moisturizer for your skin. Yes! You can also include this for your face masks. Banana contains vitamin A which restores lost moisture and repairs the damaged and dry skin. Here are the things you need and its process:
1. In a clean mixer grinder or with a hand blender , blend in one ripe banana with 2 teaspoons of honey
2. Use this pack on the face for about 15 minutes.
3. Rinse off with lukewarm water followed by cold water.
A homemade face masks are very effective way on making your skin more healthy looking and makes it glow. Although this can improve your skin, you should still be taking of your body as a whole. Doing healthy routine can affect the way you take care of your skin and doing the opposite can also affect your skin in the wrong way.
